What we offer
Exercise directly from home twice a week with Ciaran’s home workouts. Each workout is designed to burn calories and tone up. The high quality video production will ensure you are kept engaged and motivated all the way.
One to one personal training available. Six week training programme includes two sessions per week, nutritional advice and body composition analysis. Contact Ciaran on 083 380 4749 for more information.
This involves a short consultation with a Gym instructor Ciaran as to what you want to achieve from coming to the Gym which is followed by a demonstration of what is available.

Ciarán is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Sport Nutrition Lecturer with the Sports Fitness Academy. He is passionate about physical and mental well-being and the concept of fueling and nourishing the body through nutrition. During the initial consultation Ciaran will take you through all aspects of your health and address your specific needs.
Seeing the benefits of whole, unprocessed foods in his own diet led Ciarán pursue his research in nutrition and sports performance. All of this has served to strengthen his belief that an understanding of your own individual nutrition and lifestyle needs is paramount to everyday well-being and optimal athletic achievement.
We offer spin classes all year round. During the summer months spin is held outside and for the winter months we offer disco spin inside with disco lights. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Circuit training held inside and outside. Also in the summer months we offer bootcamps outside that will get test your fitness and get you in shape.
A wide variety of quality equipment
We have a wide variety of equipment to cater for all abilities and exercise preference. Equipment includes treadmills, spin bike, air-bike and cross trainers. Resistance equipment includes rig, benches, trap-bar, olympic barbells and plates. There are lots of free weights, battle ropes, prowler sled, boxing bag, medicine balls and resistance bands.
