This involves a short consultation with a Gym instructor as to what you want to achieve from coming to the Gym which is followed by a demonstration of what is available.

We have a wide variety of equipment that is more than sufficient to meet most peoples needs CU equipment includes treadmills, seated bikes and cross trainers. Resistance equipment ranges from Chest press to Lat Pull down; there are lots of free weights, Gymballs steps etc.
