What we offer

Gym Induction

This involves a short consultation with a Gym instructor as to what you want to achieve from coming to the Gym which is followed by a demonstration of what is available.

Fitness Programme Development

A safe and effective exercise programme can be developed by an instructor that relates to your goals.

Top Quality Exercise and Nutritional Advice

Guidance and Advice on exercise nutrition and any other areas of a similar nature can be obtained here. We try to offer as much advice and guidance as we can but if anything is particularly bothering you don’t be afraid to ask.

A wide variety of quality equipment

We have a wide variety of equipment that is more than sufficient to meet most peoples needs CU equipment includes treadmills, seated bikes and cross trainers. Resistance equipment ranges from Chest press to Lat Pull down; there are lots of free weights, Gymballs steps etc.

Client appraisals

These are an excellent way of gauging your general fitness and health before setting out on a fitness program as it can specifically target the areas that need to be improved and therefore client goals can be more specific.

A Gym instructor is someone who can advise on and develop a training program to start a person on the trail to reach their goals. Whereas a Personal trainer can guarantee you reach your goals with specialised training regimes and guidance along with expert motivational skills.

The Gym is generally for use by individuals but groups can also be accommodated (Advance Booking only)

No matter what sport you play your game will definitely benefit with that extra bit of training in the Gym, with our specialised skills and knowledge we can help you improve anything from speed, power, strength, to flexibility and motor skills such as balance and co-ordination.
